At Christ Our Lord Church, we understand that life is a journey. No matter where you are in your personal journey – whether you’re just curious, a new believer, or a mature Christian – God wants to meet you where you are. At Christ Our Lord Church, we encourage you to come as you are and bring your questions. You’ll find:
- Bible teaching connected to real life issues during every Sunday morning worship celebration.
- Cell-bration groups that provide an opportunity to share, make friends, and learn.
- Special programs like Alpha and Financial Peace University.
- Men’s Ministry: Each year our men participate in the Anglican District of Virginia Men’s Retreat and in various service projects, classes, and social events throughout the year.
- Women’s Ministry: Each year we host a Women’s Retreat. The next one is planned for Jan. 14-16, 2011. The Reverend Erilynne Barnum, cofounder of Ariel Ministiries, Pawleys Island, SC, will be the speaker. Our women also attend conferences such as Women of Faith and Beth Moore.
- A Pastor who is always willing to listen to your questions and help you gain a better understanding; and
- Friends who will give you space to grow and walk with you on your journey of faith.
